Core Pep is not liable for any harm, loss, or damage resulting from a customer’s misuse, mishandling, negligence, or failure to follow these Terms.
07. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and defend Core Pep, along with its officers, directors, employees, and partners, against any third-party claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your use, handling, or distribution of any product purchased from Core Pep.
